I believe our lives are a spiritual and personal growth journey. We are here to step fully into the beautiful expression of life we were born to be! When we are not in alignment with the true purpose for our lives we often subconsciously create illness, depression or spiritual crisis. My work is to help bring you back in touch with your true self so that you may live a full and abundant life. I see illness, obesity, depression, and lack of passion for life as merely symptoms of an inner longing that has gone unfulfilled.

In my own life journey there was a point where I realized I was not doing the work I had come here to do. I was settling for less than what I wanted and what I deserved. I had many God given gifts in music, counseling, and writing and also I had a passion for health and wellness steming from a near fatal battle with an eating disorder as a teenager. Out of my own recovery I realized I had a great gift for helping others to heal and discover their authentic selves. This includes finding your own unique gifts and purpose for being in the world.
