I see illness, obesity, depression, and lack of passion for life as merely symptoms of an inner longing that has gone unfulfilled.

In my own life journey there was a point where I realized I was not doing the work I had come here to do. I was settling for less than what I wanted and what I deserved.

I had many God given gifts in music, counseling, and writing and also I had a passion for health and wellness steming from a near fatal battle with an eating disorder as a teenager.

Out of my own recovery I realized I had a great gift for helping others to heal and discover their authentic selves. This includes finding your own unique gifts and purpose for being in the world.
