I just returned from the Prophets Conference in Sedona that was all about the phenomenon of Orbs. I listen to many speakers and presenters of all backgrounds, three of which were featured on "What the Bleep Do We Know!"

My reasons for attending this conference had absolutely nothing to do with orbs. Actually I could care less. I wanted to see Alberto Villoldo who was the one who brought the Nine Rites of the Munay-Ki to the Western World. I had just completed this Initiation process one week earlier and wanted the opportunity to hear him speak.

After three days of seeing countless photos on Orbs and listening to so many people share their experiences I became facinated with them. I learned that the general consenses of most people, including the scientists, were that these Orbs were beings or balls of light with consciousness. Some believe they are spirits who crossed over.

JZ Knight who channels Ramtha informed us that she believes we are all just balls of light and when we die and leave our bodies we simply go back to our original form of a ball of light. She showed us how these beings are conscious, intelligent and have a sense of humor.

Orbs began showing up in photographs only recently which seems to be the result of the veils between the visible and invisible world thinning. Skeptics will tell us orbs are a result of dust particles or water or some flash phenomenon. However the experts have disproved this theory by showing us the difference between the two.

John Hendel, the photographer of these photos, was recently in Brazil, had the intention of photographing Orbs in Abadiania, Brazil. The people there told him he had to ask the Orbs permission to photograph them before they would show up in his photos. He took several photos without any Orbs before learning about the communication aspect. After he began communicating with them he was able to capture them on film.

Most talked about the need to believe in Orbs or be aware of their existence on some level before they could capture them on film. The simple act of inviting them in to participate with you or asking their permission could be the difference of getting Orbs on film or not.

After the Conference I was very excited to test these theories on my own. I grabbed John and we took off down to the river with our digital camera and began snapping away. I asked the Orbs to be with us and they were.

It was so exciting to have this experience. Many of the photos we took had no Orbs showing up yet many did. Some had so many Orbs that the area where the Orbs were was completely fuzzy, yet the tree in front of the Orbs was completely clear. There were times I was completely surrounded with these magnificent beings and I could feel them.

There was one particular incident where I asked the Orbs to be in me and around me and I felt a strange sensation in my stomach as if one had come right into me. At first I was a little concerned that maybe they really shouldn't be in me because I may be spirit possessed or something. But I realized fear doesn't serve and knew I could handle myself just fine.

Over all it was an awesome experience and we had fun out shooting the pics. It was more fun to come home and download them so we could see what we had. It is difficult to feel you are alone when surrounded by so many magical beings.
