Sedona Women's Retreat with Kaleah

Come To Sedona for a
Women's Empowerment Retreat

Revealing Your Authentic Self

The theme of this retreat is "Revealing Your Authentic Self." We will be looking at the many ways we hide behind our illusions and also discover who we are and what we really want to create in our lives.

Creating the life of your dreams is about knowing your true self and from that place of self awareness knowing what is truly important to you.

Sedona is a magical place alive with the energy of the sacred vortex sites. You will feel the energy of something ancient and eternal pulsing through your veins.

It is said that Sedona has a way of magnetizing your life lessons and mirroring to you what you most need to learn in order to have the greatest spiritual growth. In my six years as a Spiritual Student in Sedona I found this to be true.

This is also a powerful place to gather, to hike among the red rock formations and do ceremony on the land.

In our Women's Retreat we will visit many of the sacred vortex sites, hike some of my favorite trails, sit in circle and pass the talking stick, do sacred ceremony, laugh, dance, share, eat good healthy food, and get some much needed Rest and Relaxation.

We will have a few guest speakers drop in to share their wisdom with us and have some time to just sit in silence.

Experience Sacred Ceremony, Releasing and Letting Go of the Past, and Setting Your Intentions for the Future!

Let Go and Releasing Fire Ceremony: Letting go of the past is the most powerful way to embrace what your future has to offer. In this ceremony we will be collecting all of our unwanted baggage (emotional) and putting it into the fire.

Intention Circle: You will be setting our intentions for what you would like to create in your life and putting it out as a prayer in an intention setting circle.

Prosperity and Abundance Ceremony: Look at what is blocking you from creating greater abundance in your life, clear those blocks and get the energy moving in a positive forward direction.

Psychic Cord Cutting and Soul Retrieval: This is a great opportunity to cut those psychic cords that tie you to negative energies in your life and also retrieve those parts of yourself you have lost, that were stolen or given away.

Walking Meditation: This is an opportunity to walk in silence and listen to the sounds of nature and the still small voice within. After reaching our destination you will take out your journal and write down any insights, messages or inspiration you have received. You will have the opportunity to share these insights at our talking stick circle in the evening.

Developing and Understanding Your Intuition: We will be talking about and working with intuition and doing exercises to develop and trust those instinctive messages that come from within.

Visiting the Energy Vortex’s: Sedona vortexes are created, not by wind or water, but from spiraling spiritual energy. The vortexes of Sedona are named because they are believed to be spiritual locations where the energy is right to facilitate prayer, mediation and healing. Vortex sites are believed to be locations having energy flow that exists on multiple dimensions. The energy of the vortexes interacts with a person’s inner self. It is not easily explained. Obviously it must be experienced.

Hiking in the Red Rocks: Sedona has some of the most beautiful hiking in the Country with its towering red rock formations and spiraling vortex energy. These hikes will consider the needs of all concerned as to distance and level of difficulty. Most hikes will be easy to moderate with plenty of opportunity for rest along the way.

Eating Healthy Vegetarian Food: Eating light vegan or vegetarian fare lends itself to spiritual and physical healing as your body is not spending its precious energy digesting heavy meals. This will allow you to have more energy for hiking and healing. There will be no meat served. You don’t have to be a vegetarian, vegan or raw foodist to enjoy and appreciate the meals during this retreat. Think of it as a cleanse. Don’t worry you won’t starve. There will be plenty of good, tasty fresh food available at all times. If you have special dietary needs please let me know in advance.

Details of the Retreat

When to Arrive

Retreat House PatioThe retreat will begin at 10am Thursday (April 29th) morning so it is advised you arrange your transportation to Sedona the eve before or early in the morning. We will be getting settled in our rooms, having breakfast and introducing ourselves during this time, so if you need to arrive a little late this is fine. We will pick you up from the West Sedona shuttle drop off point and bringing you out to the house.

The Retreat will go until Sunday (May 2nd) at 1pm so you can arrange your travel back home at this time. Sunday will be a lounging day, lingering over breakfast and talking with other retreat members. So if you need to leave early you can. If you wish to stay on longer I will put together a lose agenda including meals for those who wish to continue all day Sunday.

We must be out of the house by 11am on Monday so please make your arrangements accordingly.

Transportation

You can fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and reserve a shuttle to take you to Sedona.

The Sedona Shuttle picks you up right at the airport, puts your bags in the back and drives you directly to Sedona for $45.00 one way or $85.00 round trip. This will save you money if you don't want to rent a car. This Shuttle makes nine trips from the airport to Sedona a day.

The price of a rental car can be as little as $200.00 for a week. So you may be interested in sharing with one or two other women.

We will pick you up in Sedona and take you to the Retreat House and also provide transportation to and from the sites, restaurants and other places we visit.

Lodging

We will be staying at a beautiful Vacation home in the heart of red rock Country near Oak Creek. A fellow sister on the journey was so kind and generous to offer her vacation home to us at a discount so I can pass this savings on to you. You will find staying here is much less than a Sedona Hotel and a much nicer Cathedral Rock Viewsenvironment for the spirit.

The retreat home has great views including a view of the most photographed Cathedral Rock. The home is a beautiful fifteen minute walk to Oak Creek and Borders Red Rock State Park and Red Rock Crossing, which are two of Sedona's most popular nature attractions.

Below are the accomodations I have available. First come first serve. These are mostly shared accomodations which has worked out really well in the past. Although every retreat guest has her own bed you will be sharing a room with others.

livingroomIf you absolutely need to have a private room you will have to book your own hotel room in town. (I can give suggestions.) I encourage you to participate with us at the house, even if you have to extend a bit past your comfort zone. This is a Women's empowerment retreat and if the biggest test of the spirit is to share, then it really isn't that big of a stretch.

Just imagine waking up to the beautiful red rock views, getting a cup of coffee or tea and sitting out on the patio with a few other women.

  • Master Bedroom: $100.00 per night (has been reserved)
  • Peach bedroom-one king ($60.00 per night) and one twin ($50.00 per night) (Can be reserved as a private room for $100.00 per night.)
  • Nature bedroom-one queen ($55.00 per night) and 2 twins ($50.00 per night.)
  • Two large chenille sofas in living room ($35.00 per night.) Our host says these are very comfortable and large like a full size bed.
  • 1 airbed ($25.00 per night.)  and we can make room for more if needed.

The house will be available Thursday evening through Monday morning. If you are flying in on Wednesday please contact me about Hotel rooms. Your deposit right now will reserve your spot as long as you contact me soon after with your arrival information.
