Starting Over

I’ve always heard where one door closes another opens. When we feel we are at the end we may actually be at the beginning of something greater. But when we are only focused on what is ending our eyes are not opened to all the possibilities and potential for new beginnings. When we are focused on the death we cannot see the birth.

If you are at the end of a road in your life then it is time to discover what is next. There is no sense in going back, in turning around and trying to recapture what once was. The new is always more powerful than the old. One must simply have faith in the divine unfolding of one’s life.

As we head into the new year we must say goodbye to what is falling away. We must say goodbye to 2010 and gracefully move forward into a new realm of possibilities to recreate our life better than the old.

When we plan on making a trip from one destination to another it is always helpful to have a roadmap. In life our roadmap is our vision. This is why it is so important to have a crystal clear vision of what you want to create in your life. If you feel no sense of direction it is time for some deep soul searching and inner reflection so that you can get a sense of where life is guiding you now.

Part of knowing where to go is learning to listen and intuit that inner guidance. Learn to interpret the signs and signals that show up in your life. When you learn to listen and trust your inner guidance you can’t go wrong. You will always be exactly where you need to be.
