Fear of Being Judged

One of the most difficult struggles I have had in stepping out into the world with my voice and my gifts is that I have had to confront a lot of judgment.  In the world wide web, we have access to billions of people and every individual has their own belief system and their own opinions.  I respect that!  Each individual has the right to think and believe as they wish.  Who am I to judge?  But I often don’t receive that same respect.  Because when I put myself “out there” with who I am, what I have learned and what I believe, those who strongly disagree often feel it is their right to let me know this and let me know why.

I hate to argue with people and I normally will not engage in any kind of debate or argumentative behavior.  So, when someone finds fault with me, I agree to disagree and just allow them their ideas of who I am.  Ironically, we form our ideas about others based on our ideas of ourselves.  We judge others as a result of our own self-judgment.  But we also only allow the judgments of others to penetrate us when we have self-judgment. Breaking Ties with a Betrayer

Working through Betrayal can be very painful and difficult. Someone you trusted with your heart or with your money, time, energy or anything else has betrayed your trust. Worst yet that person has not taken responsibility for that betrayal and has even blamed you.

I have put together this video as a tool of empowerment to demonstrate that beyond every betrayal, or symbolic death, can be an amazing rebirth of a more powerful you; one who learns to detect a betrayer early on and stay clear. People who betray and justify their betrayal are not our friends. They often will tell us who they are but we don’t listen, or we try to help, or we have too much compassion for them. As we understand ourselves; as we know ourselves on deeper and deeper levels, we begin to trust what we feel and that trust will help us to avoid those who can only care about themselves.

In this video I used a favorite song “Breaking Ties” by Oceanlab and a collection of images I found. Allow it to be a healing tool in your life.

Why Do I Want What I Can’t Have?

Tuesday October 22nd 2013 4pm PT on Pandora’s Box with Kaleah:

RejectedThere is a common theme in toxic and dysfunctional relationships where one partner pulls away and the other comes forward, vice versa. The balance of power can shift according to who is playing the role of the rejector and who is seeking acceptance.

In this episode of Pandora’s Box Kaleah will explore if it is love or the desperate need for acceptance and approval. The answer to the question “Why do I want you so badly is often “because you are no longer available to me?” Why is that? Tune in and find out.
